1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of

By placing an order in the online shop, you accept these terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

The products and prices displayed in the online shop constitute an offer.
Errors, omissions or technical changes are reserved.
Colors, shapes, and materials may vary slightly from reality due to screen display. Such variations are not considered defects.

3. Ordering process and contract conclusion
1. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
2. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are placing a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart.
3. After receiving your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation only documents that we have received your order.
4. The purchase contract only comes into effect when we send you the shipping confirmation by email or ship the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons (z.B. in case of payment problems, supply bottlenecks or suspected abuse).

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include statutory VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to customers is the one displayed in the online shop at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery and Shipping
We generally only deliver within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
- The goods will be sent to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process.
- The usual delivery times are displayed in the online shop or at checkout. These details are provided without guarantee.
Partial deliveries are possible if this is advantageous for prompt processing. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.
The risk passes to you as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the transport company.

6. Payment methods
The payment methods available in the online shop (z.B. Credit card, Twint, purchase on account, etc.) are displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods without giving a reason or to deliver only against prepayment.

7. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Steinsee until full payment has been received.
In case of late payment, we are entitled to reclaim the goods or to commission a debt collection agency.

8. Return and exchange policy
Unless otherwise stated in the online shop, we grant a right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
Conditions for a return:
- The item is unworn, undamaged and in mint condition.
- All labels and original packaging are present where possible.
- Reduced items or special offers may be excluded from the right of return (see product description).
For returns:
1. Contact us by email at contact@steinsee.ch mit Include the order number.
2. Please send the goods carefully packaged to the return address we have provided.
3. The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, unless there is an error on our part or a product defect.
After inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price (less any shipping costs) to the original payment method used.

9. Defects and Warranty
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Any defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us in writing by email within 7 days of delivery, stating the order number and including photos of the defect.
In the event of justified complaints regarding defects, we have the following options:
- Replacement delivery of the same or an equivalent product
- Repair, if possible
- Credit note or refund of the purchase price
Further claims (in particular claims for damages) are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Liability
Steinsee is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Use of the online shop is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms and conditions.

12. Copyright
All content of the online shop (texts, images, logos, layout, design) is protected by copyright.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.

Steinsee reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
The version that is authoritative is the current version published in the online shop.
For orders already completed, the version of the terms and conditions valid at the time of the order applies.
