1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

By placing an order in the online shop, you agree to these terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

2. Offer and products

The products and prices displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

Errors, mistakes, technical changes and prior sale are reserved.

Colors, shapes, and materials may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen display. Such variations are not considered defects.

3. Ordering process and contract conclusion

1. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are placing a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart.
2. After receiving your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This simply confirms that we have received your order.
3. The purchase agreement only comes into effect when we send you a shipping confirmation by email or ship the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons, especially in the case of payment problems, supply shortages or suspicion of misuse.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include statutory VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

The decisive factor is the price displayed in the online shop at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We generally only deliver within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process.

Any delivery times indicated in the online shop or at checkout are only guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided this is advantageous for prompt processing and does not result in any additional shipping costs for you.

The risk passes to you as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the transport company.

6. Payment methods

The payment methods available in the online shop are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods without giving reasons or to only process orders against prepayment.

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

In case of late payment, we are entitled to reclaim the goods or to commission a debt collection agency.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the online shop, we grant a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

A return is only possible if the conditions stated in our return and refund policy are met.

In particular, the following applies:

- All returns must be confirmed by us in advance.
Unannounced or unconfirmed returns will not be processed.
Items that are on sale, reduced or on promotion may be excluded from the right of return, provided this is expressly stated in the product description.
- The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, unless there is an error on our part or a product defect.

9. Defects and Warranty

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

If the delivered goods are damaged or do not match the order, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. contact@steinsee.ch und If possible, please send photos of the defect.

In the case of justified complaints, we offer the following depending on the situation:

- Replacement delivery
- Repair, if possible
- or refund of the purchase price

Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits is excluded.

We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the online shop.

11. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

The privacy policy is an integral part of these terms and conditions and can be viewed in the online shop.

12. Copyright

All content of our online shop, especially texts, images, logos, layout and design, is protected by copyright.

Any use outside the intended purpose of the website requires our prior written consent.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.

14. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We can amend these terms and conditions at any time.

The version published in the online shop at the time of ordering is always the authoritative one.

For orders that have already been placed, the version valid at the time of the order applies.
