This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed through the online shop of

Important NOTE:
The address above is not a return address. Returns sent to this address will not be processed. All returns must be pre-approved by us. Products sent to this address without prior approval cannot be processed, accepted, or refunded.

1. Voluntary return policy (30 days)
In addition to your statutory warranty rights, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
Within this period you can return products without giving any reason, provided the conditions below are met.
2. Conditions for a return
A return is possible if:
- the goods are unworn, undamaged and in mint condition
- all labels and, where possible, the original packaging are still with the goods
- the return is complete, including any accessories
Please note:
Minor signs of use, soiling or damage may lead us to refuse the return in whole or in part, or to issue only a partial refund.
3. Items excluded from the right of return
The following are specifically excluded from the voluntary right of return:
- worn or washed items
- Individually customized, personalized or specially ordered products
- Items that are on sale, reduced, or on promotion, provided this is explicitly stated in the product description.
Your legal rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
4. Procedure for returns
1. Send us an email within 30 days of receiving the goods to contact@steinsee.ch mit:
- your order number
- a brief note indicating which items you wish to return
2. All returns must be confirmed by us in advance. Unannounced or unconfirmed returns will not be processed.
3. After confirmation, you will receive the return information from us.
4. Carefully pack the goods, preferably in the original packaging, and return them to the return address we have provided.
Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the costs of the return shipment yourself, unless there is an error on our part or a product defect.
5. Refund
After receiving and examining your return, we will inform you by email whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
- In the case of an approved return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items, excluding original shipping costs, unless these also need to be refunded due to an error on our part.
- Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to be visible in your account.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If the delivered goods are damaged or do not match the order, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. contact@steinsee.ch und If possible, please send photos of the defect.
In such cases, after review, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and offer the following depending on the situation:
- Replacement delivery
- Repair, if possible
- or refund of the purchase price
7. Statutory warranty rights
This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory rights in the case of defective goods.
Swiss law applies exclusively, as stipulated in our terms and conditions.
